Hello! How long to does it take get ordered stuff? My order is in "čeká na odbavení" status for a 24hrs, can any one check what'up there? Objednávka 711898

Aha, thanks.. It seems like they are waiting for payment.
But well, I did not get any payment info yet..

Depends on the type of payment you chose during the checkout. If you chose "Platba prevodem" (= bank transfer), you will have to send the money first.
BTW, When I made an order a few weeks ago, I waited for dispatch a few days even though I selected Cash on Delivery payment... I have no idea what takes them so long

I can make a guess that some goods was out of stock. It would be nice to inform customers in this case. Cause we can choose something similar in stock I mean guitar of other color etc.

Well, you could try asking them via e-mail, maybe that's the case (especially if you ordered plenty of goods at once) and they may let you choose something else. They usually respond to e-mails quite fast, so just try it and you'll see
And thank you for your suggestion, we will talk about it with the kytary.cz guys and make things better
